The Rio Carrillo National Reserve is located very near Pirque. The park is constructed on 13,185 hectares of land. The park is well known for the Clarillo River which supplies water to the residential areas of the nearby places. The sclerophyllous forests are one of the major attractions of the Rio Carrillo National Reserve.

Both private or public transportation will take you to this Rio Carrillo National Reserve. From Santiago you have to reach Rio Carrillo. From there on you have to reach Concha Y Toro from where the park is just 2kms.
