In fact, the air transportation in Chile is so competent and cost-effective that has nearly paralyzed the railway system of the country and is the more easily accessible means of transportation for the people of Chile.
Besides, seaports, highways and waterways are also a significant part of Chile's transportation. All these have enormously contributed to allowing a free and smooth passage of goods and passengers, not only within the domestic boundaries but also outside the country.
